    Practice Areas

Complex DisputesLitigationArbitration, Mediation & Alternative Dispute Resolution

    /My focus

I represent clients in all phases of litigation in both state and federal court, including contract disputes, construction claims, employment claims, business torts, trademark, copyright, and trade secret litigation matters. I also represent and defend clients through alternative dispute resolution processes, such as mediation and arbitration.

    /Looking ahead

I see an increase in the use of alternative dispute resolution methods, including mediation and arbitration, as they allow for more creative solutions to disputes that better meet the needs of all parties.
