My focus
I work with clients on all aspects of affordable housing, including acquiring, financing, and preserving developments across the country. I have experience working on complex affordable housing deals involving tax-exempt bond financing, low-income housing tax credits, and/or many layers of financing. I assist our clients with drafting and reviewing financing documents, survey and title reviews, corporate due diligence, and negotiating various transaction documents.

Today’s ever-changing landscape in the affordable housing space requires creativity and adaptability. Deep knowledge and collaboration are more necessary than ever in bringing new developments to life in communities that desperately need them. I look forward to working side by side with our clients to make their visions a reality and being a steadfast resource for them while navigating this complex space.
