My focus
I focus my practice on real estate litigation and transactions, including common interest developments/HOAs, co-ownership/tenancy-in-common (TIC) matters, including TIC agreements and partition actions; purchase/sale transactions and disputes; and boundary/title/easement issues. I represent and advise clients on nondisclosure claims, co-ownership disputes, quiet title actions, partitions, boundary and title disputes, construction/development disputes, and leases.
I offer clients strategies for litigation to further their objectives, both within the lawsuit and beyond, and also tailor transactions based on their evolving needs. I also offer the experience and insight needed for clients to respond to an ever-changing legal landscape in real estate.
I am also a California-licensed real estate broker.
