Introduction
Taylor Hooks is an associate in Nixon Peabody’s Complex Commercial Disputes practice group. She represents corporations and individuals in a variety of matters, including construction and real estate development, contract, intellectual property, insurance, and products liability disputes.
My focus
I focus my practice on complex commercial disputes representing clients in a diverse range of industries in a variety of litigation matters in both state and federal court. I help ensure matters run efficiently and effectively by assisting in all phases of litigation, including drafting pleadings, conducting in-depth legal research and analysis, reviewing and propounding discovery, and preparing for trial.
Looking ahead
Dispute activity, including litigation and alternative dispute resolution, are continuing to operate remotely. The increased use of virtual environments has resulted and will continue to result in increased efficiencies.
