    My focus

I work with clients on transactions that utilize tax credit financing, primarily low-income housing tax credits. To keep these complex transactions moving forward, I manage the due diligence process by maintaining various diligence checklists, reviewing zoning reports, negotiating title insurance policies and ALTA land surveys, preparing and filing corporate authority documents, drafting loan documents, corresponding with clients throughout the transaction, and managing the closing and post-closing process.

    Looking ahead

I look forward to guiding our clients through the tax credit process, particularly for the purpose of providing greater economic opportunities to members of underserved, low-income communities, and I am eager to see how we will continue to facilitate community development through incentivized tax credit financing.
