Introduction
Analise Kump works with clients to leverage tax credits to finance housing and community development projects throughout the United States.
My focus
I focus my practice on real estate transactions involving federal low-income housing tax credits. I represent equity investors, syndicators, and lenders in connection with these transactions, and I work with clients to draft equity documents, review project financing, and conduct the necessary due diligence to ensure transactions run smoothly and efficiently.
Looking ahead
Our country faces many challenges in the housing market, including increased rental prices, resulting in an increased need for affordable housing. As federal, state, and local governments continue to make affordable housing a priority, I anticipate an influx of activity in the low-income housing tax credit industry. I look forward to working with our clients to navigate these changes and take advantage of new opportunities.
