Erik Lindstedt is an associate in Nixon Peabody’s Real Estate practice group. He represents entities and individuals in a wide variety of disputes and litigation.
My practice focuses on a variety of complex litigation matters, including contract disputes, fiduciary liability, business torts, and real estate disputes. I represent clients in various phases of litigation, ranging from conducting in-depth legal research in connection with drafting memoranda for motions, to discovery and trial preparation.
