    /My focus

I assist companies and individuals from a diverse range of industries through all stages of litigation in both state federal court. I have significant experience defending clients in class action lawsuits, cases involving breach of contract disputes, tort claims, construction defect claims, and insurance coverage matters.

My practice involves evaluating client risks and defenses, developing case strategies, drafting pleadings, responding to and issuing discovery requests, negotiating settlements, reviewing and analyzing document e-discovery productions, attending conferences and hearings, taking and defending depositions, and drafting and arguing dispositive and procedural motions.

    /Representative experience

    • Individually tried a small claims case before a judge representing a fortune 500 company on a breach of contract matter and secured a verdict on behalf of my client
    • Secured a judgment for client in an oral argument on a motion to dismiss regarding the application of the contract’s arbitration clause
    • Successfully negotiated and executed a settlement in a class action case

Representative experience includes representations from prior firm.

    /Looking ahead

I am paying close attention to challenges arising during the e-Discovery process of litigation as well as corresponding technological developments. Staying updated is critical to ensure that we can manage the discovery process efficiently and to our advantage.
