    /My focus

My practice focuses on helping clients navigate ongoing or potential disputes and litigation. I am involved in all aspects of the litigation process, and I provide efficient and proactive client service by finding creative and cost effective ways to manage disputes, and I also advise clients on how to avoid potential disputes all together.

I have litigated cases in both federal and state courts involving a broad spectrum of complex business disputes, including breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duty, business torts, construction litigation, real property disputes, corporate governance disputes, class actions, and enforcement of non-compete agreements, to name a few. I am experienced in responding to temporary restraining orders (TROs), orders to show cause, government or regulatory subpoenas, and most other litigation devices. While I focus primarily in Corporate Governance, Title IX, and Labor and Employment disputes, I have a broad experience and skillset that allows me to provide effective representation for most types of matters.

    /Looking ahead

Cybersecurity and data privacy issues will continue to rise, creating new risks and potential liabilities. As costs can be substantial, particularly if it involves highly technical issues, third-party litigation funds will become a significant resource in pursuing all types of claims.
