I represent clients in the pharmaceutical, medical device, and life sciences industries, including in complex disputes involving the development and manufacturing of pharmaceutical products.

Trade Secret Litigation

I advise individuals and businesses regarding trade secrets and restrictive covenants, and represent litigants seeking remedies for misappropriation of trade secrets, violations of restrictive covenants, breaches of fiduciary duties, and other business torts.

Products Liability Defense

I work closely with clients to craft defense strategies and have favorably resolved tort actions in jurisdictions throughout the United States. I have defended products liability claims involving medical devices and other products on behalf of manufacturers and distributors.

Commercial Litigation

I represent clients from a diverse range of industries in a variety of additional commercial litigation matters—from False Claims Act and tax-related actions brought by the United States, to professional liability claims and intellectual property litigation. I always put clients’ business and legal objectives first, whether advising on the early resolution of complex disputes or vigorously advocating when litigation becomes necessary.
