Theo Pang is a trainee solicitor of Nixon Peabody CWL’s Hong Kong litigation and dispute resolution department.
As a trainee solicitor in our litigation and dispute resolution team, I support our lawyers in handling a diverse range of complex cases for both international and local clientele, including but not limited to multinational corporations, listed companies and high-net-worth individuals.
I focus on international arbitration, regulatory investigations, injunctions, shareholding disputes, bankruptcy and winding-up proceedings, mediation, intellectual property litigation, as well as cross-border enforcement and multi-jurisdiction disputes.
Currently, I also work on contentious and non-contentious probate matters.
As the legal landscape continues to evolve with the rapid advancements in technology and artificial intelligence, I am excited to explore the emerging opportunities and challenges at this intersection. By closely monitoring the evolving technological landscape, I aim to develop the expertise needed to deliver tech-savvy, future-facing legal solutions for our clients.
