Introduction
My focus
My practice focuses on a variety of complex litigation and investigative matters. I represent clients in various phases of litigation, ranging from conducting in-depth legal research in connection with drafting dispositive motions to discovery and trial preparation.
Prior to joining NP as an associate, I was a legal intern at the firm and worked for two years at another large law firm as a litigation paralegal. During law school, I interned for the Honorable Timothy J. Kelly, District Judge of the US District Court for the District of Columbia and the Honorable Jason Park, Associate Judge of the DC Superior Court. In 2024, I was the recipient of the Jacob Burns Award for winning the 74th Annual Van Vleck Constitutional Law Moot Court Competition.
Looking ahead
I am following developments regarding the use of artificial intelligence (AI), paying specific attention to how new AI regulations could create litigation risks for businesses and how they can mitigate them.
