    /My focus

I litigate complex commercial disputes and have represented clients in a wide range of matters, such as corporate and fiduciary liability, trade secret misappropriation, unfair business practices, breach of warranty, insurance coverage, and commercial leases. Drawing upon nearly two decades of experience, I contribute unique insights and practical, effective solutions to colleagues and clients alike. My experience encompasses all phases of litigation, including case planning and strategy, deposition practice, dispositive motions, alternative dispute resolution, trial preparation, and appeals.

    /Representative experience

    • Epic Communications, Inc. v. Richwave Technology, Inc.  (2015) 237 Cal. App. 4th 1342 (obtained reversal of summary judgment in a trade secrets case)
    • Maher v. Cty. of Alameda (2014) 223 Cal. App. 4th 1340 (obtained reversal of a demurrer in a medical malpractice case)

    /Looking ahead

Due to the impact of COVID-19 on supply chains worldwide, I anticipate an increase in litigation due to companies’ inability to meet their contractual obligations.
