Seara Sullivan is an associate in Nixon Peabody’s Complex Commercial Disputes practice group. She is a litigator who represents corporations and individuals in a variety of matters, including products liability disputes, wildfire litigation, commercial and warranty claims, and class actions.
I represent corporations and individuals in all stages of litigation, from pre-suit demands through trial, in state and federal courts nationwide, and am experienced in advising clients on business and legal issues to identify, assess, manage, and reduce future litigation risks or adverse impacts on existing matters. I conduct in-depth legal research and analysis, propound and respond to discovery, draft pleadings and dispositive motions; depose plaintiffs, witnesses, and physicians; prepare witnesses and experts to testify; represent clients at mediation, and work with experts on a wide variety of medical and damages issues. I also lead teams of experts, including mechanical and electrical engineers, fire investigators, and medical professionals, in pre-litigation and litigation-related inspections and investigations.
I’m thinking about how the increased and continued use of virtual environments will allow us to aggressively promote clients’ interests in a more streamlined and cost-effective manner.
I’m also thinking about how to provide clients with legal, strategic, and practical advice to build more inclusive environments and create a positive impact.
