Marrianne S. Taleghani

/My focus

I focus my practice on real estate litigation, including common interest developments/HOAs, co-ownership disputes, and construction/development disputes. I also represent and advise real estate brokers/agents, insurance brokers/agents, and financial professionals on professional liability-related claims.

As a litigator, I have successfully tried several cases before juries and judges, and have also obtained favorable results for clients in dozens of mediations and arbitrations. I have also successfully defended HOAs and other private entities in fair housing, unlawful discrimination, and breach of fiduciary duty claims.

I am on the Board of the Marin County Bar Association and have previously served on the Board of the Filipino Bar Association of Northern California. I also served as an adjunct professor at Golden Gate University School of Law.
