    Overview

Diversity, equity, and inclusion are core values at Nixon Peabody—and we strive to live out these principles every day. As part of our commitment to diversifying the legal profession, we have updated and revitalized our Supplier Diversity Program, designed to ensure that the vendors and suppliers we work with reflect the clients and communities we serve.

    Work with us

Our partnerships with external vendors are crucial to our mission of creating a positive impact for our firm, our people, our clients, and our communities. We are building a comprehensive database of diverse vendors who can meet the needs of our firm, and we’re always looking to expand our list of potential partners.

Are you a creative, agile, and diverse vendor seeking to do business with Nixon Peabody? Please submit or update your information in our database.

Who qualifies as a diverse vendor?

Certifications from other organizations and self-certifying companies may be accepted in certain circumstances. Please contact us for details.

    NMSDC Membership

Nixon Peabody is a 2023 corporate member of the National Minority Supplier Development Council, a nonprofit coalition focused on advancing economic equity and powering growth for businesses operated by a broad group of systematically excluded communities of color. NMSDC’s advocacy for access to contracts and procurement opportunities aligns closely with the principles of our Supplier Diversity Program.
