- AAV gene therapy and manufacturing company: Provide intellectual property counseling to the AAV gene therapy and manufacturing company regarding research, technology development and collaboration, patent prosecution, and licensing
- Large US distributor of wireless devices and related products: Provide counsel in various commercial litigation and labor and employment matters
- Global manufacturer of scientific instruments and analytical solutions: Provide counsel in a wide range of matters, including M&A and venture capital investments, financing transactions, government investigations, litigation and commercial disputes, export controls and sanctions compliance, commercial agreements, intellectual property, labor and employment, securities law compliance and corporate governance, and other general corporate matters
- New York Metropolitan Transportation Authority (MTA) and Triborough Bridge and Tunnel Authority (TBTA): Serve as bond counsel to the MTA (subway, bus, and commuter railroads) and TBTA (nine bridges and tunnels) for decades in connection with tens of billions of dollars in bonds and notes. Recognized as “Northeast Deal of the Year” 2021 by The Bond Buyer for our role as Co-Bond Counsel to the Triborough Bridge and Tunnel Authority in their $1.24 billion payroll mobility tax senior lien deal for MTA Bridges and Tunnels. This marked the first new financing credit for the MTA’s transit and commuter capital program since its 2002 restructuring and marked the first long-term issuance under the security.

- Perimeter Solutions, Inc.: Represent a publicly traded global leader in the development and manufacture of fire retardants and firefighting foam concentrates, in a variety of matters including multiple transactions in the specialty chemicals, aerospace, and industrial services sectors
- Komatsu America Corporation: Represent a global leader in heavy equipment in connection with the acquisition of a dealership group offering sales, rental, service, and repair business located in the Southwestern US, focusing on mining and construction equipment
- Solenis: Represent an American manufacturer of specialty chemicals and a portfolio company of Platinum Equity, in the acquisitions of Predictive Food Solutions and Lilleborg
- Multinational automobile manufacturers: Variety of matters spanning transactional and general corporate, AI issues, privacy, commercial lit, and pre-litigation matters
- Global truck manufacturer: Managing NY-based litigation for client. Defending over 500 cases for the client in the NY metropolitan area. Cases involve asbestos, product liability, fraud, and RICO claims. Obtained over 100 dismissals
- Global vehicle manufacturer: Broad range of transactional matters, including environmental and tax credit purchases, technology transactions, data sharing and privacy related agreements, sponsorships, and dealer agreements.
