    Senior Housing & Long-Term Care

Our senior and long-term care attorneys help capital providers identify and mitigate investment risk. We guide owners and operators through today’s challenges, leveraging our broad service capabilities to maximize tomorrow’s opportunities for clients.

    /Overview

The largest generation in history is entering retirement age, creating a significant need for new models of senior housing and long-term care.

We help our clients capitalize on the opportunities presented by an aging population while managing their transactional and operational risks in the process. Our team’s industry experience fuels our creative solutions for our clients.

We assist a diverse group of national and international clients on a broad array of transactions, including the integration of senior housing into managed care networks, the structuring of affordable senior housing projects, and the mainstreaming of sustainable senior housing.

We have extensive experience representing purchasers, developers, and operators, among other parties involved in senior housing and long-term care. We also serve as bond or special counsel in the acquisition, development, financing, and operation of a variety of non-subsidized or market-rate senior living facilities.
