Conor McNamara is an associate in Nixon Peabody’s Complex Commercial Disputes practice group. He represents public and private companies in connection with contract and intellectual property disputes, construction matters and government investigations. Conor previously worked as an extern for the Criminal Division of the United States Attorney’s Office for the Northern District of California.
I conduct research, review discovery, provide legal analysis and draft legal opinions and motions.
As technology continues to rapidly advance, a variety of industries will face change and uncertainty. I see an increase in the value and importance of intellectual property, combined with new and uncharted regulatory landscapes.
