What do you focus on?

My practice concentrates in the areas of commercial and business litigation. Specifically, my practice focuses on helping clients with complex commercial, business, land use, and real estate litigation. I also work with clients to protect their intellectual property and rights to publicity. I have extensive experience successfully litigating matters in both Rhode Island and Massachusetts state and federal courts on behalf of my clients.

What do you see on the horizon?

With the increasing use of personal information and images through social media and the internet there will be a greater need for individuals to control the commercial use of their name, image or likeness through the use of litigation.
