Register: From Customers to Employees with Peter Fader

    Wharton Club of Northern California

Wharton Professor Fader has spent almost four decades at America’s top business schools developing better ways to identify and understand valuable customers. Now he’s applying many of those same ideas to a messier (and higher stakes) challenge: understanding employees and organizational culture. He’ll share his journey from customer lifetime value to talent assessment, what he’s learning from early applications in the field, and why better talent data may change the way organizations make decisions about their people.

Professor Fader will also invite participants to challenge these ideas and help shape where this work goes next.

    Speaker

    Peter Fader
Frances and Pei-Yuan Chia Professor of Marketing
    Wharton School,
    University of Pennsylvania
