    The Department of Defense is in the process of implementing new acquisition strategies and reforms, with a particular focus on the use of other transactions. This session will provide critical updates on DOD procurement processes and provide insights on how small businesses can prepare for future success. Learning Objective 1 Identify key changes to DoD procurement processes in the wake of acquisition reform initiatives. Learning Objective 2 Analyze opportunities and reduced barriers to entry into the DoD supply chain resulting from streamlined acquisition processes. Learning Objective 3 Discuss the advantages and limitations of OTs. Learning Objective 4 Develop a strategy for remaining competitive in the DoD supply chain as agency procurement processes evolve.
