Introduction
Adam Abdel-Mageed represents clients in commercial litigation, government investigations, antitrust, white-collar, civil rights, and corporate compliance matters. He brings a strategic and client-centered approach to high-stakes commercial disputes, with experience at all stages of litigation.
My focus
My practice spans the full range of complex disputes, from early-stage motion work through depositions, discovery, and trial preparation. I have drafted and argued dispositive motions, including motions for summary judgment, motions to dismiss, and motions for sanctions, on behalf of clients in a wide variety of sectors and industries, and secured successful dismissals in Illinois state and federal court. I also bring experience in government investigations and enforcement matters, including antitrust defense and white-collar proceedings.

Looking ahead
Today's tools expose clients to stronger external threats and greater internal risks—with tomorrow’s even more potent. However, used prudently, these same tools can be leveraged to minimize costs and gain a strategic edge.
