My focus
Having started my career focusing on estate and trust administration, I have counseled fiduciaries and beneficiaries on all aspects of the estate and trust administration process. In the planning context, I use this experience to provide practical guidance and implement practical solutions tailored to each client’s unique goals and objectives.
Looking ahead
Legislative changes, newly issued case law, and the ever-changing tax code require estate planners to be forward-thinking. Families should consider creating an estate plan that is designed to be flexible and adaptable over time. With the “Great Wealth Transfer” on the horizon, estate planners should take care to consider future generations when designing an estate plan.
