Introduction
My focus
I have led finance teams in a variety of professional services industries, and each one has presented unique opportunities and distinct challenges. The business model of a law firm is unique and has its own complexities. But most organizations are more alike than different: They aim to deliver exceptional service at a great value, spur growth, and reward the talented people who set them apart from their peers.
Our profession becomes more competitive every day. The key to sustainable success is to be faster, better, and more flexible than the competition. We are always analyzing our client service approach to understand where we have opportunities to improve—all with the goal of creating a future-focused, user-friendly model.
Looking ahead
The headwinds of change are strong for law firms and their clients. Adapting to this fast-changing environment requires a blend of creativity and conviction—devising effective solutions while remaining true to our values and our financial philosophy. When we go beyond the “what” to understand the “why,” we succeed for our clients and our firm.
