/My focus

I counsel clients through the full life cycle of their benefit and compensation programs—from day-to-day plan administration and design to the benefits and executive compensation issues that arise in corporate transactions. I am experienced in drafting employment and severance agreements, equity awards, board resolutions, plan documents, summary plan descriptions, and the participant communications that help employees understand the benefits available to them.

I also see part of my role as staying a step ahead of change. I follow legislative and regulatory developments closely and turn them into resources that help clients anticipate what’s coming rather than react to it.
