Introduction
Stuart Clapp assists attorneys in the Los Angeles and San Francisco offices. He also provides assistance to the Community Development Finance group and the Banking & Finance group.
My focus
I focus on using my 37 years of public finance experience to streamline and centralize the Public Finance group closing process and to work with our younger attorneys to familiarize them with the different types of municipal financings and practices.
Looking ahead
In the future I see paperless closings with all document signings and closing transcript distributions done by email.
