My focus
I focus my practice on real estate with an emphasis on projects financed through federal low-income housing tax credits. I represent clients in the development of commercial, mixed-use, and residential projects.
Looking ahead
As housing costs and the need for affordable housing rise, I look forward to working with clients to navigate the LIHTC industry and to structure transactions that support affordable housing and community revitalization around the country.
