My focus
In my practice, I focus on affordable housing development, commercial real estate, and land use projects. I have experience in securing land use entitlements for mixed-use buildings and working directly with ownership, government officials, and project professionals. I also have experience in drafting and negotiating redevelopment and tax abatement agreements, as well as assisting with large-scale commercial real estate acquisitions.
Looking ahead
Demand for affordable housing is at an all-time high in this country. This demand is especially acute in the New York City metropolitan region, where access to government financing programs is streamlined, encouraging both construction of new units and rehabilitation of existing homes that are in need of repair.
