I assist clients in protecting and enforcing their trademark and copyright assets in various industries, with a focus on the entertainment sector. My practice encompasses all aspects of trademark and copyright law, including selection, registration, maintenance, enforcement, and defense.
I also provide trade secret counseling and advise about patent litigation matters.
Looking ahead
The intersection of artificial intelligence (AI) and copyright law is becoming increasingly complicated. As AI continues to generate more advanced media outputs, the question of the eligibility of copyright ownership in these works becomes harder to answer.
