My focus
I focus my practice on all aspects of affordable housing and real estate transactions. This includes reviewing acquisition, rehabilitation, and organizational documents; analyzing title work; drafting legal and closing documents; and coordinating with clients, lenders, investors, and governmental agencies to secure necessary approvals.
Looking ahead
Across the nation and locally in Massachusetts, there is a significant housing shortage. I look forward to working with clients to increase the availability of housing options, especially affordable housing, to build more resilient communities.
