Rosa Chong maintains a robust litigation practice tailored toward her clients’ complex business, real property, and employment-related needs.
I focus my practice on representing clients in all phases of complex business, real estate, and employment-related litigation across many industries, including healthcare, entertainment, and real estate development.
I represent businesses in disputes before administrative agencies and state and federal courts in all phases of litigation, from pre-suit investigations and research through pleadings, discovery, motion practice, trial, and appeal. Much of my work involves drafting memoranda by conducting in-depth legal research, managing document review processes, and assisting with filing claims.
I also act as a trusted litigation advisor for clients based in Korea. Due to my Korean background, upbringing, and work experience, I am able to offer clear and effective advice to our Korean clients to help them resolve their complex disputes in American courtrooms.
Following the recent wave of US Federal Trade Commission (FTC) enforcement actions against worker non-compete agreements, companies may be required to change their approach to protecting their trade secrets, planning exit strategies for outbound employees, and managing existing policies on former employees’ mobility.
