Introduction

- Assisting with investigations involving DOJ, SEC, DHS, US Attorney’s Offices, state attorneys general, and congressional committees, including subpoena responses, civil investigative demands, voluntary requests, document productions, proffers, regulator presentations, and congressional inquiries
- Conducting and leading preparation for witness interviews by reviewing key documents, drafting interview outlines, developing factual themes, and preparing interview memoranda
- Preparing factual chronologies, legal memoranda, subpoena/CID and interrogatory responses, proffer materials, Sentencing Guidelines analyses, congressional responses, compliance policies, press statements, and client- and government-facing presentations in investigations and enforcement matters
- Drafting and supporting negotiations of regulated-industry commercial agreements, including supply agreements, collaboration agreements, and indemnification arrangements connected to financing transactions
Prior to joining NP in 2026, I was an associate at another international law firm. While in law school, I was a member of the Duke Startup Ventures Clinic and a participant in the US Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) Student Honors Program with the Division of Corporation Finance. I served as an executive editor of the Duke Journal of Comparative & International Law.
Before law school, I worked at a higher education research and technology firm where I advised university leaders on matters including program development and organizational strategy.
