My practice centers on commerical real estate transactions, with a focus on purchases and sales, leasing, and land use and zoning. I work with clients on all aspects of real estate transactions including review of acquisition and organizational documents; analysis of title matters; drafting of legal and closing documents; and representing developers before municipal boards on zoning and land use matters.
