My focus
I focus my practice on real estate transactions, with an emphasis on projects financed through federal low-income housing tax credits. I represent equity investors, syndicators, and lenders in connection with these transactions, and I work with clients to draft equity documents, review project financing, and conduct the necessary due diligence to ensure transactions run smoothly and efficiently.
Looking ahead
With the growing need for affordable housing, I’m eager to support clients in navigating LIHTC transactions that make these essential developments possible. Each project brings its own challenges, but helping expand access to affordable housing makes the work deeply meaningful.
