Introduction
Jessica DeViney works with clients to leverage tax credits to finance housing and community development projects throughout the United States.
My focus
I focus my practice on real estate transactions involving federal low-income housing tax credits. I represent equity investors and syndicators and draft equity transaction documents, review and negotiate project financing, and conducting necessary due diligence to ensure the transactions run smoothly and efficiently.
Looking ahead
As demand for affordable housing continues to increase, I anticipate growing interest in the low-income housing tax credit industry. I look forward to helping our clients navigate these new opportunities and continue to contribute to the revitalization of communities nationwide.
