David Finder focuses his practice on renewable energy projects that generate renewable energy tax credits. He represents clients, including developers, equity investors, syndicators, and lenders, on issues relating to the acquisition, development, and operation of power-generation projects nationwide.

I focus on representing clients involved in acquiring, developing, and financing renewable energy power-generation projects. I handle due diligence review, the drafting and negotiating of primary transaction documents, and overall project management.
