    Introduction

Brian Fitzpatrick focuses his practice primarily in the areas of low-income housing tax credits (LIHTCs) and renewable energy investment funds. He also handles SEC and state regulatory agency securities law compliance matters.

    My focus

    LIHTC and energy funds

I help prepare and review offering and subscription materials for investment funds and manage day-to-day due diligence review, documentation preparation and closing and post-closing processes for these funds. I work closely with all parties in these transactions to ensure the deal gets to closing in a thoroughly completed fashion, as quickly and efficiently as possible.

    Securities compliance

The other area I focus on supports the firm’s various business and finance groups. I provide research and filing preparation services for SEC, state, and other securities regulatory compliance.

    Looking ahead

I’m closely following regulatory, financing and technology developments in the energy industry, which I see as the next area of major economic boom in the U.S.

    Education

    Boston State College, B.A.
