My focus
Tammy leads a variety of administrative functions with a focus on optimizing the firm’s workspaces, establishing firmwide standards, and fostering cohesion across all offices.
Tammy has a wealth of senior leadership experience working with AM100 law firms throughout her career. She applies a strategic approach and engaging leadership style to empower high performance across multi-disciplinary teams, particularly those in administrative services, facilities management, and office operations. She fosters a collaborative work environment by instilling organizational values, setting clear goals and performance expectations, and providing ongoing feedback to enhance talent development. In her capacity as Chief Administrative Office, Tammy:
