Aileen Henriquez is a paralegal in the Intellectual Property group. She supports clients and attorneys with all phases of intellectual property litigation and case management.
I provide comprehensive support to attorneys and clients in the Intellectual Property group, assisting with all aspects of litigation case management. This includes handling court filings, managing discovery and e-discovery, creating case indexes, and maintaining case calendars. I also analyze documents to support claims and motions, prepare pleadings to ensure compliance with local and Federal Rules of Civil and Appellate Procedure, conduct legal research, and oversee document productions. Additionally, I support attorneys with deposition preparations and all aspects of trial.
As IP cases often involve vast amounts of electronic data, the use of advanced e-discovery tools and AI is on the rise. As paralegals, it’s essential for us to continually expand our skill sets and stay informed about the latest developments in the field.
