Gerardo is a paralegal for Nixon Peabody’s Government Investigations & White-Collar practice group.
My focus
I focus on supporting attorneys and clients in the Government Investigations & White-Collar group with both legal and administrative matters. I have experience drafting and filing motions, managing calendars for attorneys and related case deadlines, and preparing files for hearings, interviews, and meetings. I help foreign nationals with complicated backgrounds obtain visas to the United States, and those already in the United States file for permanent lawful status.
Looking ahead
I intend to earn my bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from George Mason University to take up a managerial position in the firm if and when the opportunity arises and continue helping foreign nationals migrate into the U.S.
