Yuko Ikegami supports clients and attorneys with all phases of intellectual property litigation and general litigation case management.
My focus
I assist attorneys with all aspects of civil litigation case management, including court filings, discovery and e-discovery matters, creating case indexes, case calendaring, analyzing documents to support claims and motions, preparing and assisting at trials and depositions, assisting with pleading preparations, and generating document productions. I am excellent at organizing and managing documents in electronic form using litigation applications, including Relativity, Textmap, and other software. Being a native Japanese, I am skilled and excel in supporting patent litigation matters involving Japanese clients. I never limit myself to being an IP paralegal, willingly taking on any type of case that needs assistance.
Looking ahead
Since the pandemic, litigation processes are evolving quickly. I’m interested in the development of new sophisticated litigation platforms not limited by Relativity and AI involvement in litigation cases.
