Introduction
Jared Kaiman is a member of the firm’s Government Investigations and White Collar Defense group and is based in our Long Island office. Jared represents entities and individuals in a wide variety of investigations and complex litigation.
My focus
I focus my practice on internal investigations and related government inquiries. I assist in interviewing witnesses, drafting investigative memoranda, analyzing documents, and communicating with clients to help them navigate sensitive investigative matters. I have supported matters involving corporate governance, healthcare, lobbying and government consulting, government procurement, private investigations and security, and physical security. I also conduct research and provide analysis on issues involving international extradition, contributing to case strategy across a range of complex matters.

I’m focused on building practical experience in investigations and supporting our team’s work on procurement and cross border matters through careful research, steady collaboration, and dependable matter support.
