My focus
Community Development, Historic Preservation and Affordable Housing
Utilizing the low-income housing tax credit, the new markets tax credit and historic rehabilitation tax credit, I have worked on both large and small projects that create new and vibrant communities by adding jobs, restoring beautiful buildings and providing affordable housing.
Solar Energy
I have worked on a variety of small and large commercial and residential solar projects across the country.
Looking ahead
The future of our communities will depend on our ability to work together to create government and private programs that continue to support job creation, sustainable development and historic preservation.
