Introduction
My focus
I provide comprehensive counsel and representation of clients in real estate matters involving boundary disputes; easements; encroachments; contract enforcement; landlord-tenant disputes; commercial lease drafting, negotiation, and review; residential lease drafting and review; title disputes and quiet title litigation; and nondisclosure issues. I develop litigation strategies to optimize results for clients while minimizing risk. In addition, I provide advice and counsel to clients exploring early dispute resolution.
I hold a Master of Business Administration degree from the Isenberg School of Management at the University of Massachusetts, Amherst. During business school, I became a member of the Beta Gamma Sigma International Business Honor Society and the Phi Kappa Phi Honor Society, a distinction reserved for the top ten percent of the class. While in law school, I was also an associate editor and technical editor for the Santa Clara Journal of International Law.
