Introduction
Daniel focuses his practice on real estate finance and development, commercial leasing, and infrastructure project development and finance.
My focus
I represent a broad range of clients, including conduit issuers, sovereign wealth funds, airport investors and developers, public private partnerships, commercial real estate developers, underwriters, closely held companies, pharmaceutical technology firms, multinational venture capital investors, and various lenders. My experience spans projects involving airport terminals and related facilities, commercial and residential real estate developments, private company mergers and acquisitions, public company capital market transactions, and corporate governance matters.
Looking ahead
As with many real estate sectors impacted by the fallout of high interest rates and the post-COVID consumer environment, I expect commercial retail developments to transition from their traditional models into more community-based centers focused on consumer experience. I’m optimistic that real estate and infrastructure markets nationally are evolving to meet consumer appetite, which will require novel solutions for our clients.
