Allison McClain serves as Nixon Peabody’s Chief Communications Officer.
With 20 years of experience in corporate communications, public relations agency roles, and as a former broadcast journalist, I bring a unique perspective to telling a company's story. I spent the first several years of my career as a producer at a number of television stations across the U.S. Now I am the lead communications strategist at Nixon Peabody. In this role, I serve as a firm spokesperson and strategic communications advisor to our C-Suite and top firm leaders in a wide variety of messaging, from thought leadership and content creation to internal communications. I lead the firm’s media relations, digital strategy, internal communications, and design teams. In addition, I oversee crisis communications, reputation management, and executive communications strategy.
As companies and industries of all sizes navigate new approaches to work, communications has become even more critical to connecting and engaging with a remote and hybrid workforce. Today’s workforce is overloaded with information. The challenge is to simplify communications and break through the clutter.
