Introduction
Chloe L. Nichols is an associate in Nixon Peabody’s Private Clients group. Chloe’s practice includes estate planning, tax planning, and estate and trust administration.
My focus
I work closely with families to create custom estate plans that account for each family’s unique needs. Such plans include drafting of wills, healthcare proxies, durable powers of attorney, revocable trusts, gifting trusts, and irrevocable life insurance trusts.
Looking ahead
With the tax code and case law constantly changing, I must anticipate and adjust my practice to account for such changes to maximize my client’s financial and tax goals.
