Randy Ogi serves as Nixon Peabody’s Executive Director for the Litigation Department. He provides financial and administrative support to the litigation leadership team, freeing attorney time to focus on client needs.
Leveraging my extensive financial background, I provide business insight focusing on revenue growth, cost containment and improving financial performance. I analyze data to assist department leadership in making strategic investment decisions, weighing risk and reward, in order to deliver legal services in the most efficient and effective manner possible.
In collaboration with attorneys and other functional areas of the firm, I develop innovative pricing structures for legal service proposals, evaluate alternative fee agreement models and ensure adoption of the firm’s matter budgeting and analysis program to improve predictability of our engagements and deliver added value to our clients.
Client expectations for a more predictable legal service delivery and pricing model will continue to change due to economic and competitive pressures. I am excited by the opportunity to develop innovative strategies to meet evolving client demands and strengthen client relationships.
