Introduction
My focus
My practice sits at the intersection of family, wealth, tax, and legacy planning. My goal is to make sophisticated estate planning feel clear, purposeful, and manageable. I work closely with clients to design customized wills, trusts, wealth transfer strategies, and business succession plans that reflect their priorities, minimize tax exposure, and provide confidence for the future.
I help clients make informed decisions about how their assets should be held, transferred, and administered, with the goal of preserving wealth, reducing uncertainty, and creating a plan that reflects what matters most to them.
For clients with charitable goals, I help develop giving strategies that are meaningful, tax-efficient, and integrated with their broader estate plan. I enjoy helping client's structure charitable gifts in a way that supports the causes they care about while also advancing their family and tax planning objectives.
I work with business owners to develop succession plans that address both the technical and human sides of transition. That may include planning for liquidity, leadership changes, family participation, tax exposure, and the preservation of what the client has built.
Looking ahead
In a shifting tax environment, I help clients evaluate planning opportunities with both current law and future uncertainty in mind. I focus on strategies that are thoughtful, tax-efficient, and tailored to the client’s broader family and financial objectives.
Modern estate planning requires attention not only to who receives assets, but also how those assets are owned, managed, taxed, and transferred. I help clients evaluate those issues in a practical and coordinated way.
